Coffee is best when my world is well. Today, I'm enjoying a moment of 'my-world-wellness'.
After months of work and a late night/early morning, Caleb, my second son, launched his E-book The Science of a Champion. Seeing it online was a treat for the whole family. I'm enjoying my coffee today as I again click-through it.
